Individuals who drink non alcoholic drinks do not get hangovers, and generally speaking, those who consume moderate amounts-- one drink a day for women and no greater than two a day for men-- do not experience hangover signs.
If you consume any alcohol at all, however, you can experience poor repercussions the next early morning. Although there is no sure way to get rid of all of the discomfort of a hangover, there are steps that you can take to decrease the extent of the symptoms.

For lots of people who experience a particularly severe hangover, it can be the inspiration to never ever drink excessively again. It happens every day: someone has a very disappointment after drinking too much and they just decide to give up drinking and they never consume once again.
Others, however, continue to drink in spite of repeated bouts with serious hangover signs. Remaining to consume despite poor repercussions can be indication of alcoholism or alcohol dependence or, at the minimum, alcohol abuse. alcohol addiction who have actually sworn to themselves "never once more" throughout a hangover, but return to consuming a short time later on, have, by definition, a drinking problem.
